A young factory built on the newest equipment

JCL Packaging (Dongguan Jiachengli Packaging Products Co., Ltd.) was founded in 2022 in Shijie Town, Dongguan — the heart of the Pearl River Delta manufacturing belt, an hour from both Guangzhou and Shenzhen.

Being new worked in our favor: instead of inheriting a decades-old press fleet, we built the factory around brand-new equipment from day one — a full Heidelberg offset line (CD102 four-color, CD102 five-color, PM74), a CTP computer-to-plate system, and automatic die-cutting, flute-laminating, box-gluing, film-laminating and hot-foiling machinery, plus a rigid-box visual positioning machine that keeps printed wraps perfectly registered to board.

Sustainability is built into procurement, not bolted on: a full-process hazardous-substance control system runs from raw material intake to production, and FSC-certifiable boards, recycled kraft and soy-based inks are available across every product line.
