Everything buyers ask before the first order

Standard MOQ is 500 pcs for rigid boxes and wine boxes, and 1,000 pcs for folding cartons, corrugated mailers, paper bags and print materials. Because we run both digital proofing and offset lines in one factory, we can accept smaller trial runs — just tell us your target quantity and we will suggest the most cost-effective process for it.

Sampling is free for confirmed orders — you only cover the courier cost (typically $30–60 by DHL/FedEx). A standard sample takes 3–7 days depending on structure and finishes. Complex rigid boxes with inserts or magnetic closures take up to 7 days.

Folding cartons and paper bags: 10–15 days after sample approval. Rigid boxes and wine boxes: 12–18 days. Rush orders can be compressed by 30–40% when the press schedule allows — flag your launch date in the inquiry and we will confirm a firm date.

Yes. We ship worldwide by express (DHL/FedEx/UPS), air freight, and LCL/FCL sea freight. For most overseas buyers we recommend DDP door-to-door: we handle export clearance, duties and taxes, and you receive the goods like a domestic parcel. We quote the freight cost together with the box price so there are no surprises.

Standard terms are 30% deposit with order and 70% balance before shipment, by bank transfer (T/T). PayPal is accepted for sample courier fees and small trial orders. We are also happy to discuss LC at sight for large contracts.

Print-ready AI or PDF files with fonts converted to outlines, images at 300 dpi, and colors in CMYK (plus PMS numbers for spot colors). We will send you a free structural dieline first — place your artwork on it and we run a free pre-flight check before plating.

Every job runs under our color-management system from proofing to press. Automatic die-cutters and gluers hold tolerances through the run, and every shipment passes a final AQL inspection with photo reports sent to you before the goods leave the factory. Boxes damaged in transit are re-made and re-shipped at our cost.

Yes. We sign NDAs on request, and your artwork, dielines and molds are never reused for other clients. Molds and tooling built for your project stay reserved for your orders.

Yes. Provide a PMS (Pantone) number or a physical color chip and we will mix spot ink to match. If your brand has strict tolerances, we produce a printed color drawdown for approval before mass production.

Yes. We run FSC-certifiable paperboard options, soy-based inks, recycled kraft, and plastic-free structures. Tell us your sustainability target and we will engineer the box to meet it — including mono-material designs that are fully recyclable.
