The folding carton is retail workhorse packaging: printed flat, die-cut, glued, and shipped. It is the most cost-effective full-color packaging per unit at quantities from one thousand up to the millions.
Every carton runs on our Heidelberg CD102 and PM74 offset presses with CTP plating, so registration is tight, color matches your Pantone references, and large runs stay consistent from first sheet to last.
Choose reverse-tuck, straight-tuck, auto-bottom, sleeve or two-piece carton structures — or ask us to engineer one around your exact product. Auto-bottom cartons can be supplied pre-glued flat to save your co-packing time.

Common questions
Folding carton or corrugated mailer — which do I need?
If the box is your retail shelf presentation, choose a folding carton. If the box must survive courier networks alone, choose a corrugated mailer. Many brands use both: carton inside, mailer outside.
Can I print inside the box?
Yes. Inside printing or a colored inside liner costs little on offset runs and adds a premium reveal at unboxing.
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ for this line is 1,000 pcs per design per design. Smaller trial runs are possible — ask us and we will suggest the most cost-effective process for your quantity.
